Patrick Collins is the managing partner of Collins Price Warner Woloshin, a Delaware law firm focused on criminal defense. Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree at Cornell University. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration. He graduated cum laude from the Widener University School of Law. Kim Price
Kim earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. She graduated cum laude from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. In law school, Kim served as a member of the Villanova Law Review and competed in the Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition, where she earned the Best Brief Award. She was also an extern with the Bucks County Public Defender’s Office and a law clerk at Dalton & Associates, P.A. Prior to working at Collins Price Warner Woloshin, Kim clerked for the Honorable Vivian L. Medinilla of the Delaware Superior Court.

Raeann Warner
Raeann Warner has extensive experience in civil litigation, having worked on significant and groundbreaking cases involving toxic torts, mass torts, asbestos, sexual abuse of children, employment law, and civil rights litigation. She has recovered millions of dollars for clients through trial and settlements. Raeann was instrumental in passing SB 209, increasing insurance limits on public carriers, and HB 277, lowering liability standards for school districts regarding sexual abuse cases.
She has an active local counsel practice in all civil matters and bankruptcy. Raeann was President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers’ Association (DTLA) from 2021-2022 and remains active in the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Sexual Abuse
Doe No.7 v. Indian River Sch. Dist. (2012) – The Delaware Superior Court ruled that Section 8145(a) eliminated the statute of limitations for sexual abuse cases.
Hecksher v. Fairwinds Baptist Church, Inc. (2015) – The Delaware Supreme Court held that a school principal’s secretary’s knowledge of abuse could be imputed to the school.
Toxic Torts
In re Krafft-Murphy Co., Inc. (2013) – The Delaware Supreme Court ruled that corporate dissolution does not extinguish liability to third parties.
Barrera v. Monsanto Co. (2016) – The court found that Monsanto failed to demonstrate overwhelming hardship in a case involving failure to warn about Roundup’s cancer risks.
Ramsey v. Georgia S. Univ. Advanced Dev. Ctr. (2018) – Overturned prior Delaware precedent, allowing a household member who laundered asbestos-covered clothing to sue.
Natalie Woloshin
Natalie Woloshin earned her bachelor’s degree at Boston University graduating cum laude with distinction. She graduated Syracuse University College of Law cum laude. She was a Deputy Attorney General for the Department of Justice prosecuting felony-level cases including drugs, guns, and rape cases. Prior to working at Collins Price Warner Woloshin, Natalie worked for Woloshin, Lynch & Associates.
As a criminal defense attorney, Natalie has handled high profile murder and rape cases, but also represents clients in other criminal cases in all state courts in Delaware.
In addition to criminal cases, Natalie has a distinguished reputation representing clients, both buyers and sellers, in liquor transactions and violations of the Liquor Control Act before the Delaware Office of the Alcoholic Beverage Commissioner. She also handles both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Natalie was President of the Women & the Law section of the Delaware Bar Association and continues to be an active member of the section as well as the Criminal Law section. Natalie was also an attorney for the Delaware House of Representatives, serving as lead counsel for six years. Natalie continues to draft legislation for trade unions in Delaware.
